Daily Burn Paywall Testing

As the Product Design Lead for Daily Burn, an IAC company, I led the design team that is reimagining Daily Burn across multiple digital platforms like iOS, Android, Roku, and more. My work focuses on the Acquisition of new customers to Daily Burn and the creation of fresh and innovative features aimed at the retention of those customers.

I work daily with the design team, Product Owners, Customer Success, Engineering, and QA analysts to implement iterative UX/UI product enhancements that address customer pain points. We're always testing new paywall and subscription screen creatives, and exploring new ways to expand our fitness content and brand visibility.

Roku App Rebuild

As part of the Roku app rebuild, we decided to move away from a soft paywall to a hard paywall/subscription screen featuring a new sizzle video in the background touting the benefits of Daily Burn.

This approach created a less frustrating user experience for prospective customers on the Roku platform. It gave us direct access to new trial members via email and in-app messaging for LTOs and win-back offers.
